Problem

After using Windows 7 for a while (say, a few hours), Explorer always stops refreshing my desktop, and I have to close it and re-open it. E.g.: When I delete a file, it doesn't seem to go away even though it does; I have to press F5 to refresh the desktop. Is there a fix for this?
