14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your FIXGRAPH paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@fixgraph.netlify.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Renewal Charges
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. Renewal charges are not refundable except at our discretion. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the 14-day window.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Payment Processing
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
