Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FIXGRAPH ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FIXGRAPH is a searchable database of verified engineering fixes for developers and AI agents. The Service provides access to community-submitted and AI-generated solutions for common engineering errors, accessible via web interface and API.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes on our behalf. All prices are in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. You may not use the API to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the FIXGRAPH database in bulk. Automated submissions must comply with our content guidelines.
6. User Content
By submitting fixes, verifications, or other content, you grant FIXGRAPH a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Circumventing rate limits or access controls
- Submitting false or misleading fixes
- Using the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Reselling API access without written permission
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FIXGRAPH does not guarantee that fixes are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific environment. Always test fixes in a non-production environment before applying them to production systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIXGRAPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
