Problem

I have Vaio Z-690 laptop, and its processor speed is 2.66 GHz. I don't need too much speed, and I'm OK with 2 GHz or even less. Just for browsing websites it's enough. I want to slow down my CPU to make it more silent. The fan is a bit noisy now. Is there a way to do this in Windows 7 64-bit? The Nā€¦
