I'm sort-of new to Linux, and new to Linux Mint 11. About once a day the UI will completely freeze - except the mouse will move. There is another way besides putting it to sleep. Press Ctrl-Alt-F1, login. Type Then, press Ctrl-Alt-F7. And everything should be fine again, but it's pretty annoying to it this often.
